If it walks like a cheater, talks like a cheater, than it's Kelvin Sampson! It seems that this guy never learns!!!!!! Take the damn phone out of his hands. All this guy does is cheat. He's been sanctioned before and now he's done it again. This time further tarnishing the Hoosier's Name.
